Every experience has always been perfect. Dropping off, the attendant is always kind with a jovial greeting. Never an issue picking up. I like getting the text reminders as well.

Friendly, honest staff. Quick service with expected results. The only thing I will ding them for is the price. I paid $16 for the cleaning of a large shirt. So large it was equal to a bathrobe in size. Maybe my cost expectations were too low. It required no special services and it looked good when I got it back. 5 stars to the staff who were very attentive and handles my order responsibly.

Always friendly and professional. They usually know who I am when I drive up. They make me feel important. My husband's clothes are always cleaned and pressed to perfection. He is very picky but he is always happy with your work. By the way, I rarely give out a 5 rating.

Very quick turnaround time. They have short term parking out front for drop offs and pick ups. There is a no-contact, electronic drop off and pick up system which is great. They were not able to get the stain out of one of my items but I figured it was a long shot (they put a tag saying they tried and couldn't) and they did great on the other items. They text and email when your order is ready for pick up too so super easy.

elite cleaners really saved me in a pinch! i had a brand new dress i was planning to wear in two days to a wedding get an oil stain on it, then water stains from me trying to clean it myself :) they got my dress in and out in 3 hours same day and had it looking good as new! it was also very affordable!

Elite is my favorite cleaner!! They always do a great job and are so friendly!

First time using Elite Cleaners near the downtown square, straight-forward suit to dry clean. Warmly greeted, appreciate the electronic notifications when articles are ready for pickup. The drop-off/pickup parking in front is great. I tried the "drive-thru" for my pickup, wouldn't recommend it as no one came to the door after hitting the doorbell, and then there was a delivery truck blocking the path on the way out. I'll use the parking out front next time.

I've been traveling as a consultant to various cities for twenty years, often returning to the same place every week for months at a stretch. Ironing suitcase-wrinkled shirts in a hotel room every morning is no way to live, so you can say I'm a seasoned user of many cleaning services around the country. Elite has been a great find. My shirts are clean, of course, but they are also waiting for me at the hotel for my late evening arrivals. The billing options make it even more convenient and the auto-repair service avoids surprises. Hands down the best experience and service I've come across.
